I’ve never been a fan of Constant Contact, as I find their user interface a bit dated, and their overall service very mediocre. That said, it’s been 3-4 years since I’ve used their service on a client and it does appear that they’ve picked their game up somewhat.
Great tips, some of them I am already following. It’s little hard to start initially and have some budget in mind for paid advertisement. What do you think how much budget should be sufficient for new bloggers?
You can put up banners on your site, to promote your affiliate offers. Most affiliate programs will usually provide their own creatives when you sign up for their offers. All you have to do is insert the banner on a highly trafficked page (your affiliate tracking is usually embedded within the code). Banner ads in the right locations can do a great job of driving sales.

With an assoc. program like Amazon’s, is it necessary you already hold an account with the company? And if you are running multiple web/Internet locations where it is possible to be a productive affiliate, and not a spammer, is it possible to have just a single affiliate account with a company or does each web location need to have it’s own unique connection to the affiliate being promoted/advertised? The term “make money online”, however, returns 368,000 and 20,000 respectively. Therefore, look at both places and try to find the middle ground between them.

PID (publisher website ID) is used to identify the publisher’s website. A CJ publisher may have multiple PIDs under one single CJ account (e.g. if you maintain multiple websites, you will have multiple PIDs).
In addition to the strategies mentioned earlier, Google offers a number of services that allow you to quickly boost your company’s exposure in search results. If you’ve got a brick and mortar retail location, create a Google My Business page to display your location, phone number, opening hours, aggregate and respond to customer reviews and connect with customers. This listing affects how people see your business when searching on Google.com, Google Maps and Google+. Even if you don’t have a retail location, you should take advantage of Google My Business for your office address. If you’ve got products that you can assign prices and photos to, you’d be wise to use Google Merchant to get on Google Shopping. With this tool, you can create a data feed of your products to Google via a spreadsheet, XML or API-accesssed upload. While the requirements and specifications are strict, an effort to create an accurate data feed could pay big dividents.
For landing page content, you’ll want to consider the aforementioned mapping exercise, but also consider going further and directly compare your brand/products with a competitor’s. The comparative queries (“product vs. product,” “product or product”) are a great opportunity here — direct users to your website to see the comparative messaging you want them to, as opposed to a review website. When I first started, my overwhelming (and totally naive) impulse was to fill my pages with words and links that screamed “BUY THIS NOW!”. I didn’t help the reader learn why they should have this product. I only wanted them to click a link which would hopefully lead to a commission for me.

A key feature of the Amazon platform is that multiple sellers can offer the same product. Currently, only products sold by direct Amazon vendors that are winning the Buy Box will be eligible for display as Sponsored Products on Amazon.com.

Create a blog and create tons of content related to your niche. You don’t (nor shouldnt) sell affiliate offers in every piece of content. Ideally, you want to aim for a content to promotion ration of 5:1. This is what Google is looking for. Always keep Google happy.

Finally, Mailchimp is quite pricey for such a basic email marketing tool. They’re able to justify this because they have the most well-known brand in email marketing. While not ludicrously expensive, it is about 40% more expensive than GetResponse – which offers a very comparable (if not better) overall product.
