Google looks at more than just keyword mentions. They want to see that users are getting the information they’re looking for, and that it’s high quality and beneficial. Neither of these qualities hold true when you opt for keyword stuffing.
These two facts alone prove how much online users love watching videos. Plenty of studies also show that content within videos have higher engagement rates compared to those that only contain plain text.

“For this month; December 1st to today the 13th we have sold $111,808.24. By the time this day is over that will increase. That is over $8,600.00 per day in sales on average. I was wondering if Jim might want a copy of the screen shot to show his prospective students what the possibilities are. Also, our year to date sales are $966,575.72. We will easily exceed our million dollar goal for the year. He might want a copy of that screen shot for the same reason. If so, just let me know. Happy Holidays!”
I’ve always been a mailchimp user myself, and I have to say I really like their UI but I’m always open to new options. I’ve dabbled in a couple of the other email marketing providers like Pure360 – but find them so clunky and annoying to use (despite them looking really pretty and having great templates) that I always end up going back to good old mailchimp. I haven’t used GetResponse yet, I’ll give their free trial a shot 🙂
With search marketing in a relatively constant state of evolution, refreshing competitive strategies is an exercise that is easily overlooked. As we enter a new year, it seems like a good opportunity to highlight a couple of the competitive strategies my agency, ZOG Digital, employs for our clients for both paid and organic search.

Hi Adam, Yes most of the time all email service providers (ESPs) will include an unsubscribe line in every email you send so you can stay Can Spam Complaint. It is also a great idea to add your unsubscribe link to the top of your emails as this give more options to your customers to be removed from your mailing lists with ease.
Also, there is plenty of third party data that this is the real deal. For example, I found the course via Jordan Malik who reviewed ALL the major Amazon courses. This was one of his favorites, and he SLAMS the most expensive one (who he won’t even mention by name), so he is clearly not just trying to get you to affiliate link to the most money in his pocket (like any sane person though, his review did have an affiliate link).
If you have built up an email list, you could also promote your affiliate offers via email promotions. Just make sure you build up a relationship with your audience first instead of going for the hard sell straightaway. The emails you send out must contain your affiliate links to products so when your audience click through. the sale is attributed to you.
“I think the PAC course is great! – I have especially enjoyed the information on sourcing. The SAMS webinars are fantastic as well! Basically it is a no brainer. There is so much content at the website and it is all laid out in such an orderly fashion & the price is ridiculously low for everything that you’re getting. I really wish that I had this course years ago when I started on Amazon. It really gives a LOT of ideas for sourcing options and different ways of doing things. No beginning Amazon seller should be without this course! It could save people a lot of time over trying to figure things out themselves and the ideas about sourcing could really help newbies.” — Becky H

Market your YouTube channel and videos on your website and blog. First, add a YouTube follow icon to your website and blog so your audience can easily find your channel. Second, embed relevant videos on your website or in blog posts. Consider creating a YouTube video to accompany a specific blog post or sharing customer video reviews or case studies on your website. Not only will this help market your YouTube channel and videos, it will also drive traffic to your website.
Of course! There are plenty of ways and we have listed five them. All you need to do now is try and be resourceful. Be consistent with your posts and provide your readers/viewers/followers with fresh and useful content. See which of the five options we listed can provide you with the best results and proceed. Make sure to observe your progress and be patient because once you are successful at it, everything else will fall into place. You are not required to own a website in the first place so make the most of it!
“Hi Jim – I’m KILLING it on Amazon thanks to YOUR provenamazoncourse.com advice (along with – in my earlier years of selling – Jordan, Nathan and a couple others) My ‘Units Sold’ and ‘profit per unit’ have SKYROCKETED. My returns are upwards of 300% net of commission/shipping/fba fees/pro merchant subscriptions etc. My 5 STAR 100% perfect CUSTOMER RATING ALONG WITH A “1.00” PERFECT INTERNAL ACCOUNT SCORE have given me the ability to work from home FULL TIME (I have a part time weekend only job to cover ALL bills+child support). To scale my biz, EVERY SINGLE CENT earned on Amazon using the FBA platform get reinvested into more/more/more inventory. Positioned beautifully for the upcoming holiday season.”
Paid search conquesting is the act of bidding on your competitor’s brand and/or branded product names. What we love about conquesting is that it can allow for brands with less product awareness to siphon conversions from better-known companies.

Some affiliate networks work with many brands/products so in those cases, you can be affiliates for multiple brands/products if you’re part of one affiliate network. Then there are other brands or products that have their own affiliate programs, so those you’ll have to manage separately. It can get sort of crazy to keep track. I use a spreadsheet with brand/product name, my affiliate link, whether or not the company is part of an affiliate network, etc. I wrote about it here. I hope that makes sense!
One of the most challenging aspects of search engine marketing is understanding which parts of your campaigns need attention and which are performing well. To find out how well your account is doing, try WordStream’s free AdWords Performance Grader.

“The Proven Amazon Course is wonderful. It propelled my online sales incredibly. My wife and I have 5 children, the 4 youngest are home-schooled. The job market was awful in the area where I was. Working in a warehouse seasonally was not good enough to pay the bills that a family of our size accumulated. Before the P.A.C. we were merchant fulfilling between 20 to 30 small packages every day between Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2011. Then we started with the course. WOW! My wife and I instantly saw the incredible potential of sending in the items to the warehouses so Amazon could ship them professionally all around the globe. We jumped in the first week of 2012 and have not looked back. With the income from selling I am able to be available for my family and do things as a family. We recently were able to purchase a used Ford F150 in full with our earnings. With that purchase and the family car we can now go as a family together places. Before we had to make 2 trips or rent a vehicle. Financially last year was our best year yet and this year is shaping up to be even better. We have over 4000 items in the warehouses now. The Proven Amazon Course has been a BLESSING to our family. Thanks Jim and the PAC team!” — M Markuson
GetResponse would be a great pick, although their automation is quite limited at the moment. For example, you can setup standard autoresponders, and autoresponders based on behaviour such as “opened previous email”, but it’s very hard to separate customers from non-customers etc.

With exact match, your ads can appear only when a shopper searches for your exact keyword, without any other terms in the search. Unlike broad or phrase match, if a shopper searches for additional words before or after your exact keyword, your ad won’t show. Using exact match means that your keywords are targeted more precisely than broad or phrase match.
Yes, you can have a combination of positive and negative keywords in your campaign. Note: if the same keyword is added as both positive and negative, the negative keyword will have higher priority and will not serve ads to shoppers who search for that keyword.
Amazon Marketing Services uses a cost-per-click, auction-based pricing model. We recommend you set the maximum cost-per-click you are willing to pay. The more competitive your bid is, the more likely your ad will be displayed. The minimum cost-per-click for Product Display Ads is $0.02.
